Each item is made to order once your purchase is confirmed, which helps us reduce over-production and environmental waste.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be produced and handed to a carrier. During peak periods the timeframe may be slightly longer — we’ll update you if so.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard shipping is available for all domestic (U.S.) and international orders.

Shipping times will vary based on your location: for example, domestic (U.S.) shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch; international shipments may take 7-21 business days (or more depending on customs, duties and local carrier speeds).

Shipping costs, duties and taxes (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout; you are responsible for any customs/import fees.

If your shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to make changes to your address, contact us as soon as possible — note that once production begins we may not be able to change the address.
Delivery Issues

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number so we can assist.

If the carrier marks an order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post/office and neighbours. If it’s still missing, contact us and we will lodge a claim.
